Near Fort Ebey on Whidbey Island

We hurried over to a lookout near Fort Ebey because we saw a submarine heading out with its escorts. Usually they go this direction but it disappointed us and headed off the other way. I am so glad we went though. It was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.

Sage and Lynn sat don on the side of the cliff and she said the wind just disappeared. She said it was scary but very cool. I think if I had tried it I would have rolled all the way down the mountain. lol

Mom and Dad watching the submarine.

OK, I must know...did you ever think about Twilight while you were there? That's all I could think about while driving around the western part of the state. I'm so lame.
