Today Jared brought his girls for us to tend so he could go to the
BYU football game. We take
BYU football very serious in this family. Well when he got here he asked if I wanted to go to the game. "is the Pope Catholic?" (I got that saying from Bump.) Sage agreed to babysit all the kids and I got to go to my first
BYU football game since 1984. It was so fun.
I made sure I took lots of pictures because who knows when I will get to go again.
BYU played the Wyoming Cowboys and they shut them out. 44 to 0. Very cool. Last week
BYU did the same thing to UCLA and I found out at the game that the last time they had two consecutive shut outs was in 1984 and the scores were the same. Wow. They have such a good team this year.
Casi's cousin Brett Denny plays for
BYU, so did both of his older brothers. Now both of them play for professional teams. Wouldn't it be cool if Jared and Casi's new little baby Lewis grows up to be a
BYU football player? :)
