Unloading the Truck

Today we unloaded the truck. It was tied down just as tight as it was when Marty first secured it. Nobody can say Marty doesn't know how to secure a load. This thing made it half way across the country and nothing is flapping.

It was a chore to untie, but worth it to have everything safe and dry.

Well except the pocket of water dad found. Brrrrr that was COLD!

Sage got on top and helped untie the straps.

Labor supervisors!! Ya gotta have them.

Here comes the heavy stuff!
We took the bed from upstairs down to make a guest suite for company downstairs. Then moved mom and dad's stuff into the upstairs bedroom. Wow they have a lot of stuff.
Taking down shelves in the room mom and dad are moving into.
Well there is a lot more to do but it's time for a nap.

I am anxious to see their room when everything is put together! I am sure they will be happy to sleep in their own bed again!
