Tera and the kids came for a visit.
It's raining again!! It has never been so wet here since we moved to Nauvoo. I won't complain too much because my flowers are doing really well, but my basement is wet again so I get to grumble a little. (the hose got pulled out of the sump pump under the house) I was frusterated because Marty has been sick in bed for 3 days, Lynn and Sharon are sleeping over for 2 and Tera and her kids were comming.
Marty's friends at NRI ran over and had it all cleaned up in just a few minutes. I was no longer stressed and we really got to enjoy Tera and the kids.

Tera stopped by on her way to Fort Knox, Kentucky to see her husband Erick. It was so fun to see them even though they couldn't stay long. Tera said that the trip was really stormy. The kids are getting so big. I am so glad they came. Tera had stayed here for a few monthes about 4 years ago and while she is here she taught French to Melissa Adams girls. The girls came over to show her that they still remembered the song she taught them.

I had so much fun. Thanks for taking such good care of us!
Sounds like fun! I just got to hang out with my family for a weekend!
It has been pretty dang wet here too. We've had about one dry day a week since the week before memorial day. But we love the thunder. I'm just glad we don't have any flooding issues. I'm so glad Tera made it there safely. She is such a super woman. I'd never do that drive alone. I barely made it with my husband along.
I'm so glad Tera made it there safely! Wish I were ther with you both!!
What are those sticks that you have growing in the pots?
Those are my plumeria plants. I can't wait to see if i get any blooms this year!
What cute kids (hers and mine both). It was SO great to see Tera!
