Sunday night we saw "Far West" they have a nice little monument and all of the temple cornerstones under glass. There was a real neat feeling there. The night was hot and humid but there was a breeze so it felt great.
We found a hotel and then after a good nights sleep we headed for Adam-Ondi-Ahman. There were lots of things I wanted mom to tell me about Grandma and Grandpa's mission there.
At the shop they have a big board where all the missionaries who have served there have their names listed. Now there are two board because the first one is full.
Grandma and Grandpa are number 15 and Grandpa's brother Jared and his wife Marie are number 12. There have been 182 couples/families posted on these boards to date.
Meledie played "Adam-Ondi-Ahman" and a few other songs for us on her new instrument. While we sat and watched. It was so beautiful we walked all over the place. It was the hottest day of the summer and the heat index was OVER 115. We were soaked by the time we left there.

I will never forget our experiences at Far West and Adam-Ondi-Ahman.... the spirit was so strong there. How wonderful to be the only ones there and to take it all in.
