Mo-Prom Columbia Stake 2009
The Laurels and Priests from the Nauvoo Illinois Stake were invited to Columbia, Missouri for their Mormon Prom. The leaders drove them up and the girls stayed overnight with some members in Columbia and came home the next day. As you can see they had a great time. It is really wonderful to see our Modest beautiful girls. It really makes me proud to see our girls listening to the council of the prophet and dressing in a way that is different than what is popular and look how beautiful they are. :)

Beautiful girls! I'm so glad they have something like that available, so the kids can have fun without being exposed to the revolting prom scenes of today.
So fun! I miss those girls! The MoProm is so nice for them to get to do. The boys look a little bedraggled so their picture must not have been taken until later.
Sorry Mom but it seems sloppy is the trend for some of the boys. They aren't all that way though.
How fun! We are still lucky here in Cache Valley, the majority of the kids are modest dressers. I told my 13 year old daughter about your cause of facebook (modest is hottest), and she loved it! We are going to make her a T-shirt with that saying! Go Steen girls, go!!

I am so proud of our teens. They look so cute, and how fun for them. It isn't easy to find modest dresses and it takes extra work and time, but it is so worth it.
They all look so pretty!!
